Changing An Online Order

We’re sorry it is not possible to make changes to your Greentrees.ie order online. If you want to amend your order, please email info@greentrees.ie and we shall endeavour to respond ASAP. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

Returns & Refunds

We are unable to refund your Christmas tree purchase, but if you would like to exchange or replace a faulty product bought from our Christmas shop, please email us within 48 hours of your delivery, at info@greentrees.ie
